Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeping Intern (US & UK Shift)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site)

Shift Timing: US & UK Shift (Flexible based on assignment)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Finance & Accounts team as Bookkeeping Interns (Part-Time). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international bookkeeping and accounting practices.

Who Can Apply:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) students
• CA / CMA interns or pursuing students
• Fresh graduates in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Candidates seeking practical experience in accounting with international exposure

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with general ledger posting and reconciliation activities
• Reconcile bank statements and financial data
• Prepare and maintain basic financial reports and summaries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support the Finance team in audits, data analysis, and month-end activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks / Zoho Books / Tally – preferred)
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and Willingness to learn and adapt to international accounting practices

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
