About the Role:

Technical Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for direct client requirements, from gathering requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate technical candidates using job portals, professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and client hiring teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with direct clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and timelines.
  • Prepare detailed candidate summaries and present them to clients quickly and accurately.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activities in JobDiva ATS.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and market feedback to clients and internal teams.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically working with direct clients.
  • Hands-on experience using

    JobDiva ATS

  • Strong sourcing skills across job boards, databases, and professional networks.
  • LinkedIn recruiting experience is a big plus.

  • Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently onsite and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
