US Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About The Opportunity

A specialist talent-acquisition firm serving the US Information Technology market, focused on sourcing mid-to-senior engineering and product talent for fast-moving software and cloud organizations. We deliver full-cycle recruiting, employer-brand positioning, and data-driven hiring programs that shorten time-to-fill and increase quality-of-hire for US-based teams.This is a fully remote role based in India operating primarily on US time zones (EST/PST overlap). You will be part of a high-performance recruiting team supporting multiple technical hiring managers and product engineering organizations.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle US IT hiring for assigned roles—from intake to offer acceptance—managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray techniques, and talent pools to build high-quality pipelines for engineering, devops, and product positions.
  • Drive candidate experience end-to-end: screen for technical fit, sell role & company value, schedule interviews across US time zones, and manage timely feedback loops.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft accurate job briefs, set realistic SLAs (time-to-fill, interview-to-offer), and refine role requirements based on market intelligence.
  • Manage offer process and negotiations—prepare comp packages, coordinate approvals, and close candidates while mitigating counter-offers and ensuring quick acceptance.
  • Maintain ATS data hygiene, produce hiring metrics (pipeline velocity, source performance), and continuously optimize sourcing channels and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of hands-on US technical / IT recruiting experience (full-cycle) supporting engineering, DevOps, QA, or product roles.
  • Proven sourcing expertise (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray) and experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
  • Strong stakeholder & client-facing skills; experience partnering with US hiring managers and technical interviewers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills; able to work overlapping US hours (early mornings/late nights IST).

Preferred

  • Experience in agency or RPO models supporting high-volume and niche technical hiring across the US market.
  • Familiarity with US employment background checks, I-9 basics, and remote-hire paperwork.
