🔍 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  full recruitment life cycle

  – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Use portals like

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder

  , and

  LinkedIn

  to find and engage candidates.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and evaluate qualifications.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver quality talent.
• Negotiate pay rates and close candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and update internal databases and applicant tracking systems.

✅ Requirements:

• 1–3 years

  of hands-on experience in

  US IT recruitment

  .
• Strong understanding of various

  IT technologies and job roles

  .
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and

  ATS platforms

  .
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Confident in

  negotiating salaries

  and handling candidate objections.
• Ability to work
