Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions under the guidance of senior recruiters.
Learn to understand job requirements and candidate profiles through collaboration with the team.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to source potential candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Participate in training sessions to understand the US IT recruitment process and technical hiring landscape.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn about the US IT recruitment lifecycle and technical roles.
Basic understanding of sourcing tools like job boards and LinkedIn is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
Proactive, organized, and motivated to grow in a recruitment career.
