Good Experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the bench consultants. Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants. Good experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirement from prime vendor, Direct/Implementation Clients etc to submit the bench consultants. Experience working with OPT/H1B/EADs/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants. Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly. Strong understanding of technical requirement. Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidates assessment Skills. Experience using job boars such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn etc. Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Working Hours: - Night Shift (6.30 PM IST 3.30 AM IST) (ON SITE)
