Support hiring for leading-edge projects in aerospace, automotive, and medical device sectors.

Your Role

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals in niche areas.
• Attract passive talent by effectively communicating our Employee Value Proposition and the impact of our work in regulated industries.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with industry-specific hiring standards.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring strategies and report performance to leadership.
• Draft inclusive and compelling job descriptions to attract diverse talent.
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights.

Your Skills and Experience

• 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering roles, preferably in a services or staffing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and KPIs.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience hiring for regulated industries (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
