Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench candidates across

  Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering

  domains, especially

  Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and Regulatory Engineering

  roles.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with top talent across the USA.
• Build and manage client and vendor relationships to drive new business opportunities.
• Develop new client/vendor partnerships to expand business revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Prepare and present professional resumes for client submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of Bench Sales experience

  (IT bench sales experience is acceptable).
• A strong industry network and vendor/client contacts are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proven success in bench marketing, placements, and new client/vendor acquisition.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven

  environment.
• Prior experience interacting with US clients and candidates is an added advantage.
