US Bench Sales Recruiter

As an Account Manager/Business Development Manager at Source InfoTech Inc., you will be responsible for our US IT Staffing Operations from our Noida office. Your role will involve interacting with clients, prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing client accounts independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Market the Bench Consultants (H1B Sales) or C2C effectively - Obtain new leads/requirements and maintain existing client relationships - Generate requirements through cold calling and understand client needs - Shortlist suitable candidates based on skills, rates, and location preferences - Negotiate rates with clients and candidates - Submit required information to clients for end client submission - Follow up with clients on submission progress Qualifications Required: - 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving targets - Ability to work independently and multitask effectively Source InfoTech Inc. was established in 2000 to provide staffing services exclusively in the IT sector.
