US Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for individuals (freshers) who are interested in pursuing a career in Bench Sales and have a strong desire to succeed in the role. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be dealing with clients and vendors in the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting cold calls to potential clients and vendors
• Sending out well-written emails to clients and vendors
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates for open positions
• Negotiating offers with candidates and closing deals with clients

Requirements:

• Excellent US Accent and strong communication skills
• Good email writing skills
• Good reading, writing, and talking skills
• Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
• Ability to work the night shift according to US time zones
• Proficiency in MS-Word is essential
