Key Responsibilities

• Identify and place IT consultants on client requirements by leveraging strong communication and cold calling skills.
• Generate leads and build a solid pipeline of potential candidates for open positions.
• Negotiate rates and terms with consultants and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain and update consultant databases and track placement activities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and client requirements to align recruitment strategies effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
