Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Hyderabad (Work from Home initially; Work from Office after 3–5 months) Job Description: We are hiring a US Bench Sales Recruiter with strong communication skills and good computer knowledge. The candidate must be able to use ChatGPT and other digital tools and work daily on US job application portals. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective communication with clients and candidates. Manage the complete Bench Sales Recruitment process efficiently. Work daily on US job portals to source and submit candidates. Pull leads from career websites and other online sources to identify potential candidates and clients. Utilize ChatGPT and other tools for documentation and communication. Prepare, update, and maintain accurate reports and records using Excel and Word. Requirements: Any degree qualification. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Good knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, documentation). Must be from Hyderabad. Work on your own laptop during work-from-home period; after shifting to office, desktop will be provided. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month. Performance Bonus: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month. Overtime Pay for additional working hours. 5 working days per week. Shift Timing: Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (aligned with US working hours).
