Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from international customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics such as service level agreements and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an Voice or Customer Support role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
