Job Description

Hiring for US Accounting_Ahmedabad: (Multiples Roles in US Accounting From Junior to Senior) Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with US GAAP. Record journal entries and manage general ledger accounts. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. Process accounts payable (vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements). Manage accounts receivable (customer invoicing, collections, aging reports). Assist in month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports. Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Assist with preparation and filing of sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax. Monitor and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments on accounting matters. Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies. Provide accounting insights for budgeting and forecasting activities. Support system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives. For senior roles: mentor junior team members and review their work. For senior roles: lead accounting projects and manage reporting deadlines. Use of accounting and ERP software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Xero, or similar tools is required based on the role.
