US Accounting Executive

As a US Accounting Executive at Relay Human Cloud, your role will involve closing books of accounts, performing general ledger entries, managing accounts receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. You will be responsible for utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Yardi, or Sage, adhering to tight deadlines, and executing various accounting tasks including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry preparations, and bank reconciliations. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be essential for tasks like preparing management reports, reconciling intercompany balances, and analyzing open items to resolve discrepancies. Experience in a Shared Service organization will be advantageous for this role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-7 years of hands-on accounting experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good work ethic, and the ability to identify process improvements are essential for this role. You should also be capable of maintaining high standards, interacting effectively with others, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
