Job Description

Position Title: Consultant (HR) - HRBP Team

Payroll: 6 Months contract under CIEL HR SERVICES

Qualification: MBA in HR Mandatory

Role & responsibilities

Analytical thinking

  • Ability to breakdown complex problems into small units, and figure out a solution

Program Management & Execution

  • Lead and manage internal programs across key cohorts (women, returning mothers, tech teams etc.)
  • Coordinate with HRBPs, Admin, Ops, and Leadership teams for effective program impact and execution (speed of execution is going to be the key)
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in ongoing programs and recommend improvements
  • Ensure high-quality execution and tracking of all initiatives

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Engagement

  • Build rapport and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, HR teams, and employee cohorts. (High on empathy & insights)
  • Represent ground-level realities through feedback mechanisms, on-ground visits, and pulse checks
  • Adapt communication and focus based on evolving business priorities

Reporting, Data & Insights

  • Extract and analyze data using

    Google sheets / Power BI

    and other tools to generate actionable insights (Ability to work Excel + creating formulas on the go is a must)
  • Create structured reports, thematic summaries from FGDs, and program dashboards
  • Present findings to relevant stakeholders and recommend course corrections where needed

Community Building & Event Management

  • Lead and support ERGs, help them grow into impactful communities
  • Organize and execute internal events, regional programs, and awareness campaigns
  • Collaborate with Admin and Facilities with minimal supervision for seamless planning and setup

Communication & Presentation

  • Design clear, compelling presentations using tools like

    Canva

  • Communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively across formats (verbal, written, visual)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience of 6 months - 3 Years in HR Operations / Admis.
  • Candidate should be good in Communication, decent problem solver
  • Written & Verbal communication needs to be above average.
  • Ability to do basic problem solving has to be high (able to think on the feet)
  • Learnability has to be high.
  • Should have experience in covering entire life cycle of employees - Onboarding, Training Coordination, Program managements of key events, Recognition Event, Exit interview process, Data Management.
  • Ensuring 100% accurate data exits.
  • Supporting in any of the engaging work / as per the team needs.
  • Grievance management, PIP Management, Exit Interview at Junior Grade etc.
  • Someone who can do problem solving in HR work under supervision.
