Job Description

Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize

    calendars, schedules, and appointments

    .
  • Coordinate

    travel arrangements

    including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Conduct

    directed research

    and prepare summaries, reports, or recommendations.
  • Assist with

    email management, drafting responses, and handling documents

    .
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for scheduled activities.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate effectively with

    international/overseas clients

    and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-9 years of proven experience as a

    Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator

    .
  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Office, Google Workspace, and online productivity tools

    .
  • Excellent

    communication skills (written and verbal)

    in English.
  • Prior experience in

    working with or supporting overseas clients.

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and research skills.

  • Should be willing to work 9 AM 5 PM EST.
