Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Developer with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, with strong proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, and a solid understanding of modern development practices. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for business needs. Work with Generative AI models, Whisper (Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech), and NLP-based chatbot solutions. Build and maintain scalable and reliable AI model pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning. Deploy models to production environments and monitor performance. Integrate AI/ML solutions into web applications using technologies such as React.js, Oracle APEX, Oracle JET, and HTML5. Participate in system design and apply software engineering best practices including design patterns and testing. Preferred candidate profile AI/ML & Data: Machine Learning, Deep Learning Generative AI, Whisper (Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech) Chatbot Development, Natural Language Processing (NLP) AI Model Deployment (cloud/on-premise) Programming & Frameworks: Proficient in Python Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch Frontend/Backend & Scripting: React.js, HTML5 Oracle APEX, Oracle JET Linux Shell Scripting Tools & DevOps: Docker, Git, Jira Methodologies: Agile Development System Design, Design Patterns Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience working in a product or R&D environment is a plus.
