Surveillance Executive

CCTV & Security Monitoring

• Monitor live CCTV feeds of all branches to identify suspicious activity, theft, internal pilferage, or policy violations
  
• Track customer and staff movement in critical areas like billing counters, sales floors, gold sections, cash counters, and stock rooms
  
• Operate PTZ cameras and maintain surveillance logs
  
• Capture, archive, and share footage as required for incident investigation
  
• Report shoplifting attempts and coordinate immediate action with store security team
  

Store Operations Monitoring

• Monitor adherence to SOPs across counters, billing, sales process, customer handling, and store hygiene
  
• Track queue handling, counter discipline, idle time, staff attendance visibility, and shift behavior
  
• Identify operational gaps and flag improvements to management
  
• Cross-check inventory movement and high-value item handling on camera
  

Customer Service & Grievance Support

• Observe customer interactions to ensure politeness, product knowledge, and service standards
  
• Monitor instances of customer dissatisfaction or service lapses and escalate promptly
  
• Assist in capturing customer grievance details and follow-up for resolution
  
• Report recurring service gaps to HR/training team for corrective action
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily monitoring reports with time-stamped evidence
  
• Prepare incident and escalation reports with corrective suggestion notes
  
• Maintain footage library for important events and complaints
  

Coordination & Follow-up

• Work closely with store managers, security team, and corporate operations
  
• Ensure quick information flow to concerned department heads
  
• Track closure of escalated grievances and incidents

• Retail jewellery or high-footfall retail chains (jewellery, textiles, electronics, supermarkets)
  
• Security operations, control room monitoring, customer grievance monitoring roles
