The incumbent will be responsible for actively managing, supervising, and controlling the finance, accounting, and tax functions of the Group. Reporting directly to the CFO, the DCFO is expected to support on all strategic and operational matters relating to project appraisals, risk management, financing, accounting and controls, Taxation, budget management, annual and strategic planning and forecasting, MIS, and operational controls. He would also be responsible for the implementation and management of adequate enterprise-level systems for the group's businesses in Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai. The responsibilities include improving the credit rating of the listed entity and its Subsidiaries, ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements according to listing guidelines, managing budgets, monitoring performance, providing inputs on operating and financial results, preparing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, GST laws compliance, maintaining internal controls, driving cost management initiatives, overseeing finance, accounting, and tax departments, attending Board Meetings, coordinating with auditors, maintaining ERP and Tally operations, working on the strategic vision with the CFO, developing new businesses, providing operating budgets, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate should be a CA Final with 10-15 years of professional experience in large conglomerates or MNCs in infra, EPC, or similar sectors. They should possess core competency in finance, accounting, and tax, effective communication skills, sound knowledge of Ind-AS, financial reporting, and tax compliances.
