Position : Supply Chain Executive

Location : Ghatkopar East (Mumbai)

Role Summary

The Supply Chain Executive will coordinate with the Marketing and PPC teams for order booking and management, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate inventory control, and smooth cross-functional operations to meet customer and business requirements. 

Responsibilities

 Prepare and monitor daily dispatch plans as per sales/marketing requirements.

• Coordinate with warehouse and Executive for timely order fulfillment.

• Cross-Department Coordination

• Liaise with marketing and branch offices to prioritize urgent orders & Forecast Future Orders

• Share regular dispatch and stock updates with internal teams.

• Act as a single point of contact between warehouse, sales, and operations.

• Inventory & Order Management

• Align stock availability with dispatch schedules

• Ensure accuracy of stock records in ERP / MIS systems.

• Highlight low stock or potential supply gaps proactively

• Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare MIS reports on dispatch performance

• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree /MBA in Supply Chain n Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. in 2-6 years of business experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Desired profile of the candidate

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, dispatch planning, and inventory management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
