Job Title: Lead Specialist

Reports To: Digital Marketing Head
Location : Ghatkoper Mumbai (Head Office)
Position Overview:
The Lead Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing incoming leads across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate assignment of leads, data management, and follow-up to drive conversions. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team and dealers to optimize lead quality, enhance conversion ratios, and support overall business growth
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Assignment
- Evaluate and qualify leads from all channels, including email, WhatsApp, Smatbot, and phone calls
- Assign leads appropriately to the marketing team and authorized dealers through Salesforce and WhatsApp
- Assess the potential of each lead and communicate key requirements to the marketing team
- Identify and tag high-potential (Hot) leads for consistent follow-up and monitoring
2. Route-to-Market Analysis
- Categorize leads based on their route to market (e.g., end user, reseller, contractor, consultant, etc.)
- Maintain a tracking mechanism for all lead types, ensuring end-user leads are prioritized and monitored closely
3. Salesforce Data Management
- Ensure all required fields in Salesforce are accurately filled
- Collect and record every minor & comprehensive client information
- Conduct regular data audits to eliminate duplicate entries and maintain database integrity
4. Client & Dealer Follow-Ups
- Prioritize and conduct regular follow-ups on high-potential (Hot) leads
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, dealers, and the marketing team to track progress and status updates.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all assigned leads to maximize conversion opportunities
5. Technical Query Resolution
- Address basic technical queries from clients directly, providing first-level support
- Coordinate with the technical or marketing team for advanced queries requiring specialized input
6. Quotation & Proposal Management
- Prepare quotations for specialized products (e.g., AVD) and other items as required
- Draft initial offers, discuss pricing and discounts, and support negotiations until finalization
- In the absence of the marketing team or dealer, prepare urgent quotations after consulting with concerned team
7. Lead Closure & Conversion Monitoring
- Drive lead conversion efforts to ensure maximum closures on a monthly basis
- Maintain strong professional relationships with marketing teams and dealers to enhance closure rates
- Monitor and analyze closure performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
8. Team Leadership & Performance Review
- Supervise and support subordinates in daily lead management activities
- Review team performance regularly and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion efficiency
- Encourage innovation and new ideas within the team to enhance results
9. Dealer Development (Initial Level)
- Engage with potential dealers to assess their portfolio, business potential, and marketing strategies
- Facilitate introductions to the marketing team for further discussions and on boarding
10. Call Mining & Business Expansion
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Leverage cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products and services across different segments
