Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for permanent & contractual roles
Contractor & contract labour management
Housekeeping staff & vendor coordination
Statutory compliance PF, ESIC, CLRA, labour laws
Facing internal, external & statutory audits
Maintaining labour law registers & documentation
Employee relations, discipline & grievance handling
Attendance management & payroll coordination
Supporting ISO, customer & safety audits
Manpower planning & deployment

Candidate Profile

Education: MBA / MSW (Preferred)
Experience: 7 to12 years in manufacturing industry (Mandatory)
Proven experience in bulk hiring for retail
Strong exposure to shop-floor HR & IR activities
Hands-on experience in contractor & housekeeping management
Good knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
Ability to work independently in a plant environment
