Role Purpose

The Lead – People Business Partner (Corporate) will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving enterprise-wide people strategies aligned with Titan’s long-term business objectives. The role is responsible for shaping a future-ready people ecosystem through strong business partnering, leadership capability building, HR transformation, and governance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on all people-related matters
  
• Translate business strategy into actionable people plans and interventions
  
• Enable organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture alignment
  

Talent & Workforce Strategy

• Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession planning for corporate functions
  
• Drive leadership development and capability-building initiatives
  
• Partner with leaders to identify and address current and future talent gaps
  

Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle across corporate roles
  
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and experience initiatives
  
• Lead change management efforts during business and organizational transformations
  

Governance & Employee Relations

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
  
• Ensure compliance with Indian employment laws, labor regulations, and internal governance standards
  
• Mitigate people-related risks through proactive interventions
  

HR Analytics & Digital Enablement

• Leverage HR data, metrics, and technology to enable data-driven decision-making
  
• Drive process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across HR practices
  

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop HR Business Partner teams
  
• Build future-ready HR capability aligned with Titan’s scale and growth ambitions
  
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive HR culture
  

External Orientation

• Stay abreast of external HR, talent, and industry trends
  
• Benchmark best practices to strengthen Titan’s people strategy and processes
  

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  
• 18–20 years of progressive HR experience, with significant tenure in senior HRBP or leadership roles
  
• Experience in large, complex organizations; retail or consumer-facing industries preferred
  
• Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and regulatory frameworks
