Please find the Job Description below: Designation: HR Recruiter Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday fixed week offs) Location: Shivranjani Cross Road, Ahmedabad Role & responsibilities: 1. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website). 2. Source potential candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, and other channels. 3. Screen resumes and job applications; conduct initial phone screenings. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 5. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities. 6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 7. Assist with onboarding of new hires. Preferred candidate profile: 1. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (in-house or agency). 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong decision-making and organizational abilities. 4. Should be active listener, good negotiation power.
