We are hiring - HR Recruiter Movate Technologies (Hyderabad)

Location-

Role Overview

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives) to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and role alignment.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative hiring practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in IT (preferably in technology services with experience in volume hiring
Handling walk- in interviews/organizing effectively
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
