Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Head

Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships to ensure the company achieves its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service.
Establish a performance-driven culture through clear KPIs and incentives.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales process.

Revenue Generation:

Drive sales closures for residential/commercial properties.
Leverage digital platforms and offline networks to maximize lead conversion.
Work closely with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, and customer behavior.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM tools and real estate software.
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
