Job Title Digital Marketing Head Department Marketing Reporting To Founder & Managing Director Location Sector 63, Noida (On-site with some flexibility) Experience Required 8-15 years in digital marketing (real estate or performance-driven sectors preferred) Job Summary BOP.in is looking for a sharp, creative, and ROI-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital strategy, performance marketing, and content creation efforts. The candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-functional digital team, driving leads for residential and commercial projects, and ensuring high-quality brand presence across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing - Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. - Optimize CPL, CTR, conversion ratio, and overall campaign ROI - Implement retargeting, A/B testing, and lookalike audience strategies 2. Content Strategy & Supervision - Drive creation of engaging content: project reels, walkthroughs, landing pages, brochures, and emailers - Review and edit all content to maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and message in fluent English - Supervise content team including writers, designers, video editors, and freelancers 3. Social Media & Brand Visibility - Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Plan monthly content calendars, festival promos, and property launch creatives - Work with influencers and video creators for wider reach and buzz creation 4. SEO & Website Management - Oversee SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, backlinks, and content-driven traffic - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve lead capture and landing page conversion - Ensure fast, responsive, and mobile-first web presence 5. Team Leadership - Manage a cross-functional digital team: ad managers, content creators, SEO experts, and designers - Set KPIs for each team member and ensure timely delivery and execution - Collaborate with sales, CRM, and design teams for cohesive campaign rollout 6. Reporting & CRM Integration - Build dashboards and performance reports (weekly/monthly) - Track ROI, channel-wise lead quality, funnel behavior - Sync campaigns with CRM tools and marketing automation workflows. Requirements - Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Communications, or Digital - Excellent command over written and spoken English - Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Suite, HubSpot or Zoho CRM, and analytics tools - Hands-on experience managing large lead budgets and teams - Ability to lead, mentor, and scale a marketing team in a high-performance setup.
