Marketing Manager

You will work closely with leadership, sales, and external partners to deliver consistent, on-brand marketing across digital, events, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned to business goals
• Define campaign priorities, messaging, and timelines
• Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches
• Support Sales teams with Flyers and Digital Promotional material.
• Design Offers and suupporting Campaigns.
  

Campaigns, Content & Brand

• Manage digital presence across we,bsite, email, and social channels
  
• Own brand assets, guidelines, and content calendar
  
• Create and manage marketing collateral including:
  
• Brochures and sales decks
  
• Case studies and customer stories
  
• Social media and email campaigns
  

Events & Partnerships

• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and industry activations
  
• Support webinars, partner campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  
• Work with vendors, designers, and external agencies as required
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 6 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, telecom, or SaaS
  
• Strong content creation and campaign management skills
  
• Experience managing websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing for Australian or international markets
  
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
