Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead and expand our global real estate sales . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international property markets, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and a proven track record of building high-performance sales teams and securing international clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the companys presence in key international markets. Identify and engage with potential international buyers, investors, and partners through targeted outreach, trade shows ,expos, and online campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, real estate agents, brokers, and referral networks. Lead contract negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Coordinate with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials for diverse cultural and regional audiences. Track market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory requirements in target countries. Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports to senior management. Train and manage a team of international sales representatives and partners. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2-7 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the real estate or luxury property sector. Strong knowledge of international markets. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding international sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
