Currently hiring for the role of Compliance Executive

A. Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and adhere to compliance calendar for each month for each client
Maintain a correct and complete database of all applicable compliances like Shop and Establishment, CLRA, Trade licenses and other applicable registrations and certifications for each client
Proactively identify such licenses that are about to expire 3 months prior to the expiry date and take necessary actions for their renewal
Prepare monthly MIS and Dashboard to give clear and concise input on the state of compliance in the respective client/s
Prepare necessary registers, challans and remittances of various applicable laws as per the monthly schedule. Ensure these are updated in the database and reflected in the MIS
Respond to government notices and requests for data as and when required
Handle internal and external audits of all compliance related records on behalf of the client. Satisfy the auditors with necessary and sufficient data and records. Identified noncompliance or process gaps to be noted and action plan to close such noncompliance in a time bound manner
Answer client queries and clarifications on applicability of specific laws and provisions. Respond to employee and client queries on certain aspects pertaining to compliances.
Help setup a system and process for efficient, effective and scalable compliance operations that help build a good repute for the company with the client/s
