This role will focus on ensuring compliance with local regulations, customer and buyer standards, and internal policies, while promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. The ideal candidate will support EHS programs, conduct audits and risk assessments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to uphold ITL's commitment to excellence, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in environmental science or engineering. Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Management, Safety Management or Safety Engineering, HR, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Compliance, EHS, or Sustainability roles (preferably in the manufacturing or apparel industry).
Sound understanding of local labor laws, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards, and customer compliance requirements, Higg FEM & FSLM.
Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
