Senior HR Executive Job Description (Only Male Candidates)
• we need candidates who can handle field recruitment and actively work on the ground. IT
recruiters are not suitable for this position. The ideal candidate must have experience in blue-
collar hiring, such as recruiting retail floor staff, drivers, pickers and packers, warehouse
associates, helpers, customer service associates, and riders.
Skill Sets needed
• End-to-end blue-collar recruitment for retail stores, Warehouses, delivery ops etc
• Bulk hiring using both online & off line methods.
• Proven ability to source candidates through NGOs, Skill Development Centers, Employment
Exchanges, job fairs , Panchayat drives, campus recruitment, headhunting and other non-
conventional channels.
• Hands-on experience with blue collar job portals as well as field recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Must have a retail industry background.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Core hiring background is preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate & above
• Must be willing to travel frequently
• Years of experience: 4 to 7 years
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
