Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field recruitment drives to source technicians for electric meter installation.
Identify and visit local recruitment hubs, ITIs, technical training centers, and other potential sourcing locations.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.
Manage bulk hiring processes to meet staffing requirements within timelines.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with internal HR teams and operations for onboarding and documentation.
Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled technicians through proactive sourcing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience
in field recruitment and bulk hiring (preferably in technical or blue-collar roles).
Good understanding of technician roles related to electric meter installation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
