Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through field visits, job fairs, local networks, and community outreach. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensure timely closures, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are essential. Experience in mass or bulk hiring is a plus.
