Role Overview

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites, apps, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to optimize designs.
• Ensure brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic quality across all digital assets.
• Create and maintain UI/UX design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Optimize design for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices.
• Support developers during design implementation, providing assets, specifications, and guidance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 0.6 – 6 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in a digital or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling, typography, and color theory skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience designing for luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
