What you’ll do

• Handling Treasury Operations for Signify in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Middle East, Pakistan & Africa.
• Initiate and maintain banking relationships across the region.
• Managing daily Cash Flows incl fund raising in local and foreign currency (majorly for working capital).
• Managing Investments and Loans portfolio across the region as per requirement.
• Setting up of Credit Limits with bankers.
• Adopt treasury best practices and drive treasury solutions and process optimization projects.
• Fx Exposure Management including deploying fx policy.
• Managing the Supplier Financing Program.
• Facilitating exception approvals from central bank/other regulatory agencies.
• FEMA and banking regulations advisory.
• Arrange Credit Ratings.
• Treasury Control - Monitoring of Treasury related accounting being done by backend team etc.

Key Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of Treasury Operations - Cash flow Forecasting & management/Investments/Borrowings.
• Strong understanding of banking (payment and settlement systems, banking practices, etc)
• Experience in managing Banking & Fx compliances.
• Working knowledge of Fx Exposure Management & fx settlements.
• Exposure to managing multi country treasury operations.
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
• Good at managing stakeholders.
• Result oriented.
