You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Design and implement a Regulatory Control. Design business, technology and process controls to support compliance with regulatory obligations. In addition, this includes testing, evaluation and rationalization of business, technology and process controls to assess control effectiveness.
What are we looking for? •Review and approval of treasury transactions, including cash management, FX, and investments. Prepare reports and dashboards on risk exposures, control effectiveness, and audit findings Stay informed on emerging treasury risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices Support compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external audit standards Collaborate with treasury, finance, internal audit, and compliance teams to develop risk mitigation strategies Additional FP&A Activities (non-SG&A related): Loading and checking data in Hyperion for Blueprinting Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Maintain and update documentation related to treasury risks, control procedures, and audit findings Knowledge of books closure & maintaing control GL accounts Support for SOX compliance or other relevant internal control frameworks Team Handling Skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives. SAP/ Oracle Experience Knowledge of internal control frameworks such as COSO, SOX, etc. is desirable Experience working in a BPO or shared service environment preferred Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Treasury Management Software, and reporting tools Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail Accounting Reconciliation,Accounting Journal Entries,Process Improvements Commitment to quality,Detail orientation,Ability to meet deadlines,Problem-solving skills,Strong analytical skills
