Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Transportation Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The Transportation Manager will oversee and optimize daily transportation operations, ensure efficient fleet management, coordinate logistics, and improve transportation strategies. You will manage customer service operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop communication frameworks to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role will focus on minimizing costs, enhancing delivery accuracy, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Transportation Management and Fleet Management to oversee logistics and optimize the supply chain process
• Proficiency in Operations Management for efficient coordination and cost management
• Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions and ensure positive experiences
• Ability to analyze data and implement strategies for operational improvement
• Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
