Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and vendor ledgers Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and statutory audits Monitor companys financial status and provide input on budgeting and forecasting Supervise junior accountants or accounts assistants Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IND AS, Tally, or any ERP system) Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other compliance requirements Analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills
