The role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead an offshore team and collaborate with US-based transaction services team. You will also have the opportunity to work on a high volume of deals with a particular focus on healthcare services. You will be a key contributor in analyzing financial performance, preparing meeting agendas, client deliverables, and providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow.
- Develop and manage complex financial analyses using advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and other data tools).
- Prepare management meeting agendas and coordinate follow-ups.
- Review and synthesize information from data room materials to identify key issues and risks.
- Prepare client-ready databooks and reports summarizing key findings.
- Collaborate with US-based teams to deliver timely, high-quality work products.
- Contribute to project management, including coordinating with clients and managing deliverables.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or related deal advisory services at a professional services firm.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, data modeling, and visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Healthcare transaction services experience is a plus, though not required.
