Transaction Manager

As an Officer, Transaction Manager Hybrid at Citi, you will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle, such as loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control. Your main role will involve contributing to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering various sectors like corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade. You will also assist in the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management. Furthermore, you will provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents, ensuring that the quality of data, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations. Your responsibilities will also include participating in projects to enhance performance and efficiency, managing and maintaining a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions, and coordinating loan transactions/lifecycle events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/University degree - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up - Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft based programs - Tableau or visualization tool familiarity - Experience with Loan IQ, transaction capture tools, etc. - Keen attention to detail - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Client relationship and solution skills - Knowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated / bilateral) product and business - Ability to collaborate with team members, Senior management, and other business constituents - Critical decision-making capabilities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Understanding of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies in relation to Lending - Focus on achieving/exceeding key operating standards within a KPI/metrics driven culture Apply for this role at Citi today to take the next step in your career.,
