Transaction Consultant, Transaction Management, APAC

What this job involves:

Coordinating transactions across the APAC region:You will be expected to deliver Transaction Management (TM) services to some of the world’s largest companies. Managing a portfolio across Asia, this position calls for a highly energetic individual with excellent communication, portfolio management and client relationship management skills.Comfortable in working towards achieving performance targets, you will be responsible to deliver a range of possible real estate and workplace solutions to a client looking for the next generation benefits that come from a vested partnership with JLL.

Transaction Management

As a Transaction Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their real estate strategies and executing transactions effectively. Your key responsibilities will include performing medium-level analytical work, coordinate simple transactions, and providing vast support to Transaction Managers in handling medium-complex transactions.You will communicate with brokers, finance, legal, and other internal and external stakeholders, while also preparing reports, supporting client presentations, assisting with negotiations, and ensuring compliance with market standards. Additionally, you will support pitching documents, translation, and intercompany fee share processes.

Commercial Acumen

You will need to:
  • Provide market rent assessments and information collection for areas requiring additional coverage.
  • Provide medium support in analytical work, including portfolio studies and client reports.
  • Independently coordinate simple transactions and assist TM on medium ones.
  • Support Transaction Managers in medium transaction execution.
  • Communicate with brokers, internal and external stakeholders, and attend client meetings.
  • Conduct financial analysis (NPV, Cash Flow, P&L) and assist in benchmarking studies.
  • Support preparation of negotiation trackers, timelines, and client-ready documents.
  • Assist in pitching decks, document translation, and intercompany fee share support.

Relationship Management

You will build strong and sustainable working relationships and help the client navigate through the JLL delivery platform in an efficient and productive manner.

Commercial Acumen

You will understand account profitability, formulate an account plan to achieve revenue and performance targets whilst meeting client service standards.Armed with a sharp business acumen, you will leverage technology and new products within JLL to deliver the next generation of benefits for our client.

Operating a Global Account

: Can you see the bigger picture? Can you juggle regional delivery that aligns to a global strategy? As the TM lead for Asia on a Global Account, you are proactive in bringing Asia into the forefront, highlighting successes or potential issues whilst providing tangible solutions for the client.Can you communicate clearly and guide the client and your team in the best way forward for best-in-class processes and portfolio strategies at an account level?

Qualification

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification will be an added advantage. Ideally, you will bring 2–3 years of experience in real estate, consulting, or transaction management. Strong communication, analytical, financial, negotiations and interpersonal skills will help you thrive in this role, along with attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
