Lead End-to-End Training Delivery with the Business:

Drive Continuous Improvement of Training Programs:

o ServiceNow Understanding: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (especially ITSM and CSM operational workflows) and the ability to translate system changes into practical training for frontline and operations teams

o Progressive Training Design and Delivery: Expertise in designing and delivering scalable, phased training solutions using blended learning approaches (e.g., eLearning, virtual sessions, in-person workshops) that support incremental rollouts and evolving functionality.

o Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to gather feedback from business and operations stakeholders, analyse training effectiveness, and iterate content and delivery methods to enhance user capability and support sustained adoption.
