Training Team Lead

You will be responsible for designing training and test modules based on the needs of the Banking or BFSI sector. You will maintain regular correspondence with clients to clarify process updates and communicate them to Operations. Your role will involve resolving issues related to process knowledge with clients and ensuring that Quality, CSAT, and Resolution scores for the batch meet the defined norms within the first month of production. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting interviews and coordinating with HR for recruiting trainers and trainees - Ensuring 100% adherence to client-driven SOP and BEST T&D compliance - Preparing trainers through Train the Trainer (TTT) and Platform skills certification - Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure the New Hire training process runs effectively - Preparing for and attending all business and client reviews, and working on action plans to improve business performance - Demonstrating an understanding of root cause analysis and identifying reasons to enhance performance - Interacting with the IT team for the creation and deletion of IDs for new team members Qualifications required for this role: - Prior experience in the Banking or BFSI sector - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques - Experience in handling client relationships and resolving issues effectively If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them.,
