**Job Summary:**

The Training and Placement Officer is responsible for facilitating student placements by building strong industry connections, organizing training programs, and coordinating campus recruitment activities. The role aims to enhance students' employability and ensure successful career outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Industry Liaison:** Establish and maintain relationships with companies for student internships and placements.

* **Campus Recruitment:** Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with recruiters.

* **Student Training:** Identify training needs and arrange programs to develop students' soft skills and interview readiness.

* **Career Counseling:** Provide guidance to students on career planning, resume building, and job search strategies.

* **Data Management:** Maintain a database of student profiles and track placement statistics for reporting purposes.

* **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from employers and students to improve placement processes and training programs.

* **Event Coordination:** Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events to connect students with industry professionals.

**Qualifications:**
