Training Placement Officer

You will be working as a Training Placement Officer in a full-time on-site role located in Patancheru Area. Your primary responsibility will include organizing and executing campus placement activities, liaising with industry professionals and employers, conducting soft skills and communication training, and preparing students for college recruiting processes. Your role will involve coordinating with both students and corporate recruiters to ensure successful student placements. To qualify for this role, you must have experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting, strong Communication and Soft Skills training abilities, proven ability to conduct effective Training sessions, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and employers. A degree in Management or related field is required, and previous experience working as a placement officer is compulsory.
