Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Placement Officer based in Mumbai. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating and conducting campus placement activities, collaborating with colleges, and building relationships with potential recruiters. Other responsibilities include organizing training programs to enhance participants' soft skills, facilitating industry exposure, and providing guidance to students for securing job opportunities. The role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders to ensure the success of placement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement, College Recruiting, and building partnerships with academic institutions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and recruiters
• Expertise in conducting Soft Skills and Training sessions to prepare students for placements
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, organize workshops, and coordinate events efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with industry trends and requirements, particularly in IT, STEM, and digital marketing fields, is advantageous
