Responsibilities:•Training Program Development and Delivery

Employee & Team Development
Operational Support (OJT , TNA , TNI , TTT , Throughput , Training Dashboard , Team handling , Client management etc )
Leadership and Supervision
Reporting and Documentation
Maintaining Stakeholder/Customer Relations
Continuous Improvement
Safety and Compliance
Planning and scheduling of batches and trainer readiness
Close looping and due diligence of the EWS cases
Participate in the hiring process for New hire batches
Resolving customer/ internal stakeholder complaints
