Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design & Deliver:- Develop and implement impactful training and development programs tailored for diverse departments in the manufacturing sector.

🔹 Align with Performance Management:- Ensure all training initiatives support our performance management system, employee growth, and business goals.

🔹 Drive Learning Culture:- Promote continuous learning and professional development across all levels of the organization.

🔹 Training Operations:- Manage onboarding, compliance, leadership, job-specific training, vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.

🔹 Feedback & Analysis:- Conduct training needs analysis, review feedback, assess effectiveness, and update learning modules accordingly.
